Mark was incredibly quick to respond, understanding, and caring during a very difficult situation with our pet. When we needed help, he was there and made sure we had the support and options we needed.

Unfortunately, our pet declined very quickly, and due to the circumstances, we ended up having to go another route rather than using Mark’s services. Even though we didn’t ultimately use Faithful Companions, the kindness and compassion Mark showed us meant a lot.

Thank you, Mark, for being so readily available and adaptable to all of my crazy questions. Today was such an emotional roller coaster, and you were incredibly understanding through all of it. Thank you for being so kind and delicate with our situation.

Deciding that it’s your pets time is hard enough. Having to call someone and set their end of life services tore me apart in more ways than one. Monica was my first interaction with faithful companions and she set the tone. She was sincere, comforting and thorough. She followed me each step of the way through the day and even after. Dr.Mark came to our home,  checked on my sweet Lady and gave us his honest opinion. He made us feel confident that we were doing what was best for Lady. He gave us so much time with her before saying goodbye and was so empathetic. I hate that this is their job but could not have been more grateful to have them by our side during our last moments with Lady. We miss our girl so much and take great comfort in knowing she’s no longer in pain.

Dr. Mark and his wife were such a blessing! Our kitty, Gilligan, was almost 20 and we were heartbroken losing him. Dr. Mark treating him dignity, caring and compassion at every moment. He treated our family just the same. Our final goodbye included the family here in San Diego as well as a FaceTime call with our sons and daughter-in-law in Arizona and Tennessee. They all remarked how we picked the perfect person and that the way he treated Gilligan and us showed how God sent Dr. Mark to us and to Gilligan.

Having this service available is is priceless. Faithful Companions goes over and above to make a very difficult decision peaceful and respectful.  We had 2 of our dogs cross the rainbow bridge in their own homes, surrounded by their people. Dr. Manzon was gentle with our dogs and explained everything he was doing.
